Reservation Policy:
* Prepayment of the 50% of the total cost of the stay.
* If you make your reservation by selecting a payment method bank deposit, your reservation is still pending for 5 working days.If not filed, then the reservation is cancelled.
* The pay off takes place when checking out.
Cancellation Policy:
* If you inform us about your cancellation one month before the arrival date, then the prepaid amount is refunded.
* You have the possibility to transfer the reservation dates during the current season, if there is availability of rooms.
* In case that you let us know about your cancellation in less than one week or even one week earlier than the arrival date, then the prepaid amount is retained.
